			2013 Parenting Class Schedule CAPS classes are voluntary and designed for eager parents wanting to enrich their parenting skills.

Doctor, Doctor Give us the news! Presented by Dr. Abbey Rupe, MD Salina Pediatrician FREE One-night parenting class Monday, June 10th 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Do you have any burning questions regarding your infant, toddler, or preschooler? Come to this session to get answers to those questions! Help us kick off our summer parenting classes with one of Salina's experts on children's health and behavior. Cooperative Parenting in Divorce Presented by Katy Vinson and Tracy Hutton, CAPS Parent Educators 8-week course on Tuesday Evenings June 11th, 18th, 25th, July 2nd, 9th,16th, 23rd and 30th 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm This course will assist divorcing or divorced parents in reducing parental conflict & improving their child's post-divorce adjustment. Pre-registration is required for this class. Want to handle time-outs better? Get the scoop on positive time-out vs. negative time-out. Find out how to best handle throwing food, not listening and not picking up toys.
